Leytonstone Pop Up Film Club

Run by volunteer film enthusiasts, Leytonstone Pop Up Film Club has presented a monthly screening in Leytonstone Library for the past 11 years, starting with a screening of local director Alfred Hitchcock’s early silent film The Lodger.

In 2019 as part of Leytonstone Loves Film they screened a programme celebrating the films of east London with Adam Kossoff’s The Anarchist’s Rabbi (2014),  Paul Kelley’s What Have You Done Today Mervyn Day (2005) and Ian Bourn’s Lenny’s Documentary (1978)
